    I want to service my equipment, what does autoclave servicing entail?

    Preventive maintenance involves a thorough examination of the condition of critical components, ensuring the proper functioning of safety systems, and verifying the equipment’s overall performance. This process also encompasses equipment calibration and the issuance of a calibration certificate with ENAC traceability, affirming that the calibration is accurate for one year as certified by the manufacturer. Should a repair or component replacement be necessary, our technical service team always arrives on-site with a stock of spare parts in their vehicle to eliminate the need for a second visit. Furthermore, we conduct repairs using only original spare parts, and these repairs come with a warranty.

    How often should my autoclave be serviced?

    Autoclaves must undergo annual preventive maintenance. Such maintenance involves a comprehensive review of the condition of critical components, an assessment to ensure the safety systems are functioning properly, and a check to verify the equipment’s overall performance. It also encompasses the calibration of the equipment and the provision of a calibration certificate with ENAC traceability, as the manufacturer confirms that the equipment’s calibration is accurate for one year. There is an option to enter into a maintenance contract, which allows for the scheduling of maintenance sessions according to the customer’s preferences. This contract offers significant benefits for the customer, including discounts on pricing rates and priority technical support, among other advantages.

    Can a technician perform repairs at my location?

    Depending on the region, repairs will be conducted by either the official technical service or an authorized service provider. For all preventive maintenance visits, startups, or repairs, our technicians travel with a stock of original components in their van, enabling them to carry out on-site repairs on the same day.

    Is factory repair an option for my equipment?

    Certainly. If you prefer so, you can send your autoclave back to us for repair, where we will use original spare parts and these repairs benefit from warranty. Typically, customers are responsible for shipping both ways, following a return authorization process (RMA).
