Vertical laboratory autoclaves with super-drying and fast cooling system

The TLV-DUAL Series autoclaves feature a super-drying system including a heating jacket and a high-performance vacuum pump, as well as a fast cooling system comprising a radial fan, water cooling coil, and air compressor. They are designed to provide advanced sterilization of solids and liquids in industrial and research settings within the pharmaceutical, chemical, and biotechnological industries, sterilizing liquids, culture media, hermetically sealed items, pre-filled syringes, glassware, porous solids, and wrapped objects. Top line vertical autoclaves enable fully digital operation. All models are equipped with the most advanced connectivity on the market and comply with the latest advances in electronic records and data control to be able to work under FDA, GMP and GLP environments.

Thanks to its super-drying system, which combines a vacuum pump and a heating jacket, you can sterilize porous solid loads, textiles and complex geometries more efficiently and quickly.

State-of-the-art technology for advanced liquid sterilization

Thanks to its fast cooling system consisting of a radial fan, water coil and air compressor, you will be able to sterilize liquid loads more quickly. Install up to 2 flexible probes and conduct F₀-controlled sterilizations.

A. Prevacuum phase
In this phase the cold air in the chamber is mechanically purged at high speed by means of multiple vacuum pulses. At the same time, the steam generator is activated, which will inject saturated steam into the chamber. This process removes non-condensable gases from inside the chamber, eradicating the presence of cold air pockets and facilitating steam access to any geometry of the load.
B. Heating phase
In this phase, the steam generator continues to inject saturated steam into the chamber until the sterilization temperature is reached.
C. Sterilization phase
Upon reaching the sterilization temperature in the medium, the sterilization phase begins and the temperature is accurately sustained for the predefined duration.
D. Vacuum drying phase
In programs for solid loads, a fast vacuum drying phase begins using the vacuum pump and heating jacket to completely dry the load.
E. Cooling phase
Finally, a fast cooling phase begins, featuring pressure support along with the activation of the water cooling coils and internal radial fan to quickly cool the load. Optionally, the agar mode can be configured to maintain a constant temperature.
